Earlier this year, the surviving members of the legendary music group The Isley Brothers became involved in a lawsuit involving trademarks. In March 2023, Rudolph Isley filed a lawsuit against his brother Ronald Isley alleging trademark infringement and unauthorized use of The Isley Brothers’ name and logo in connection with a federal registration of the THE ISLEY BROTHERS.
