Update: On March 7, 2019, in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corp. v. Wall-Street.com (which requires that there be a successful copyright registration prior to the commencement of an infringement lawsuit), the celebrities mentioned in this post have voluntarily dismissed their lawsuits against Epic Games.
